Probably the in the room facility. Could have been better if the various operating instruction have a English/chinese translated version.
Most taxi are not able to find the hotel. However, once you get the hang of things, it is very easily assessable via Seoul Subway line 8, at Mongchontoseong station, and is only a less than 2 minutes walk. They have have indicated in a map in website.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its location close to the subway and the airport bus stop in a vibrant area made it the perfect base for exploring the city. the room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was well-designed with an amazing overhead shower system. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered many delicious options. the gym facilities were impressive and the ice machine in the lobby was a nice touch.
The ongoing construction noise nearby was a bit unpleasant and disrupted the peaceful atmosphere in the morning.

The room was smaller than expected, but it wassuper clean and cozy. The bath towels provided were of a good size, rare. The overhead shower system was a good touch. The four cushy pillows on the bed were a pleasant surprise. The availability of an ice machine was a rare plus, especially for in-room cocktails. The owner/manager sent us helpful tips and directions via email before our trip. The complimentary popcorn, coffee, cold drinks, and fruit at the lobby were a nice touch. The availability of Seoul city maps and daily replenishment of toiletries were appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop and subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to Olympic Park and just one subway station away from Lotte World. Despite the language barrier, the owner and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was really uncomplicated and went smooth... It's a love hotel, so that should be their competence;-) I especially like to mention the stuff, which was really friendly and helpful: excellent. The hotel ist 3 min away from a bakery and a subway station. The rooms are quiet.
The hotel is really close to subwaystation (close to olympic park), but it takes at least 30-50 to the centre....

During my stay over Christmas, I enjoyed the complimentary treats and drinks offered in the lobby. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the subway station and close to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with transportation assistance.
We experienced a few kinks during our stay. Our room had a slight odor of smoke despite being a non-smoking room.

We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who provided us with city maps, free snacks, and daily toiletries. The hotel's proximity to public transport made it easy to reach popular attractions like the Olympic Park Peace Gate and Lotte World. The room was cozy, and we loved the ample pillows, western-sized towels, and an ice machine available for in-room cocktails.
Nothing at all.

1) Room is really nice. And full facilities. 2) Very near location with Olympic park & Lotte World. 3) Only 5 minultes walk from subway station.
1) Hotel reception is very difficult to find. First entrance is big dark carpark and need to find how to enter the hotel. 2) Internet connection is slow and computers are window xp version. Its really annoying to use. And all are in korean language. Even google or yahoo.

The staff are courteous and speak good English. The equipment in the room. Free snacks on the first floor (coffee, popcorn, cold drinks and biscuits, and also fruit)
Cleaning of rooms is not very good. Located far from the metro and the bus stops. On the floor of smoke, although the number positioned as a non-smoker, the smell of cigarette smoke in the room felt.
